this morning while washing up, i recalled the TW crazy times i had with my travel khakis.
which could help but smiling to myself..
#1 (the most classic)
we realised that each of our luggage went beyond 20kg after weighing (borrowed a weighing machine from the recept). that was like 12am plus. we started to think of solutions of how to carry our loot back. we even went to an internet cafe at 1am to check for the overweight charges! when we reached there, the PIC mentioned we are not allowed to share a com. and we had to beg & tell him, we need to check sth & would be done in 30 mins.
after checking, we decided to courier back our stuff since it was the cheapest option. we headed back to the hotel. and by chance, YY asked me if i ever carry a 10kg sack of rice. cos her hand carry shows 10kg on the scale. i carried & dun felt that it was that heavy. it was then we realised, we had been reading IB instead of KG!

it was an outskirt trip to Jiufen. bus from train station to Jiufen was packed.
hence, 2 of us has to board by the front door and i went by the back. mind you! even i board the back door, i was standing at the stairs. it was super packed. unlike singapore buses. anyway, i almost din alight we reached our dest which left Jo & YY puzzled. cos... my bag was stucked inside the door. no matter how hard i pulled, it just won't come out.

i went missing in Eslite bookstore at Zhongxiao Dunhua. and the ladies have to go over to the info counter & have my chinese name announced in the whole building. why my chinese name? cos the announcer do not how to pronounce my english name.. tsk. tsk. and me, taken by surprise, why in the world my name was being announced! i was still having doubts while heading towards the info counter.

we round in circles while searching for some places. when we finally gave up & decided to ask a passerby, the reply given was: it's right in front of you! >.<
and there are still many others.. i got a nickname 心心 during the trip.. but forgot how it came abt..
i'm looking fwd to the sep BKK trip when we can create more 经典joy!
