原烧 was brought to this BBQ place by my biz associate during the TW trip. i have to say, i fell in love though initally i wanted to have something light. the sweetness and tenderness of the meat completely won me over :) we ordered the set which completes with starter/ soup/ dessert and rice (i din touch the rice though). the starters - smoked duck salad/ fruit yogurt salad soups - miso/ tomato seafood their servings are big; you can taste the sweetness of the seafood soup.. whooo.. Here's the highlight of the dinner - the meat! 原燒綜合拼盤 原燒牛肉拼盤 the meats are not marnirated which allow us to taste their sweetness/ freshness. furthermore, each piece is thinly sliced which just melts in your mouth.. (i'm already drooling while typing). salt & pepper are provided to season. condiments are also provided to enhance the flavour. i prefer the 原味. BBQ~in

in my life, i have been always absent-minded & careless. i lost my farecards (then ez-link cards) countless times. the best part was, i could lost not long after topping up. i also frequently lost my coin purses. mum was indeed frustrated with me. but couldn't do anything abt it. when i grew older, i could made the slightest mistake in my calculation. i used to get frustrated with such happenings. but grew out of it as it becomes a norm. i did try to prevent or be cautious on such situations but somehow it still happen. i do still lost my stuff these days. over the last 3 wks, i lost a thumbdrive, umbrella & specs box. hee.. and when such things happen, i always say ooh shit (Ooh!屎)! this wk, 3 Ooh!屎 incidents happened: 1. forgot to amend my oof subj which reads i'm on medical leave when actually i'm on 1/2 day leave. medical leave was on last thurs. so everyone thought that i was so sick for 2 wks and i was flooded with concerns the next day which left me cl

the flu virus finally found me after 2 years. yes, i currently down with a flu. having flu on me is worse than a fever or cough. i could keep on rubbing my nose till it could drop. plus the aftermath when u're trying to get the mucus out while on the road of recovery. ewww.. usually, i would not pay a visit to the doc since i wanted my immune system to fight against the virus. but, decided to go to doc for 2 reasons - i'm too tired. and MC (i told myself why do i have to go work when i'm sick. riddiculous!). well, thats all. got to rest..

have been back from TW for a wk but my soul is still there. place is beautiful. people are considerate. they went all out to help us when we lost our way. i never had to squeeze myself into the train. people are very disciplined to stand on the left when on escalator (the right of way). unlike "singaporeans" (or rather FT) like to hog the whole escalator. ktv system is superb! but food was not very much to my liking except 卤肉饭，葱油饼，麻芝， 麻辣火锅，木瓜牛奶 (u can't find such thick & tasty in singapore)，even the 台湾香肠 taste so much nicer. below is another of my fave peekture to end this post. 石梯坪
