the last wk of work was pretty relaxing except for coaching the new girl. claira said that i really hv the patience.. haha.. i guess i have no choice. cos the new gal is really a greenhorn. colleagues were nice enough to treat me farewell lunches which include: - jap food @ tokkuri あやめ便と love the cod fish. - dim sum @ asia grand the roast meat was superb! the meat is soft with crispy skin. i also love the har kow. big juicy prawns. slurp. - korean food @ hyang-to-go [amara hotel] side dishes grilled prawns cod fish kimchi soup had 2 cod fish in 1 wk. yipeeee! wei keng was also sweet enough to treat me lunch at tiong bahru market =) though cheap but おいしい had photo a session taking on the last day. my partner (claira) considering the stupid careless mistakes i made, she had been really patient with me =) nice colleagues serene & me she was trying hard to make me tear. in the end, she herself also teared =( this is where we sit during our wkly meeting. going to miss this place =( as f

mixed feelings. as expected, i teared today. but still managable. 真的好不舍得 =(

wed's medical checkup was quite ok except for the nurses' unfriendliness. i was being tested for colour blindness again. and i doubt i would be able to pass the test. though i managed to read 2 out of 3 numbers (which i also did not know if i had seen it correctly). luckily there's no blood test cos the nurses forever could not find my vein and its really painful. i rather have an injection than a blood test. nevertheless, i was happy that i lost weight again. 1.56kg less to my ideal weight. w e e e e e . . . . p.s: oh, i'm craving for teochew muay -.-

i'm on leave tml. going for my medical checkup. but 1st of all, i'm going to replenish my beauty sleep. whahaha... nothing is important this. having enough sleep = no eyebags / panda eyes / smaller pores. somehow but dunno why i'm feeling excited out of sudden. i imagined myself walking along orchard road with a cup of my fave ice-blended choco in my hands doing shopping alone. so carefree.. lalalalala =) food for thought: looks like an egg tart. but its actually beancurd tart. plus point: not too sweet. suitable for diabetic ppl. its as silky as 豆花. minus point: the crust was a little hard though. and my colleague brought it at this place:

last sat, i visited grandma with hjp after my jap lesson. yup. she was admitted to the hospital again on the day i signed my appointment letter. i did not know until my cousin called. she was alright when i left home. i asked myself why. yes i was happy that i could get into schenker but not so when i heard she was admitted to hospital again. i felt like i was being make fun. when mama called later in the evening, telling me that grandma's condition wasn't good and told me to bring some stuff over to my uncle's place while they prepared her to discharge as she insisted. at that moment, my heart sank. though i had a feeling she would pull thru the night but the memories i had with her kept flashing back. and indeed she had pulled thru 2 nights. but refusing to eat or drink. i wonder how long can she hold on. it hurts me to see her in this plight but what can i do? sometimes i wished she could just go peacefully. but she is not a child of God . all i can do now is to pray for
