medical checkup . wii . concert . baking

supposed to go for a medical checkup today in order to save my pathetic balance days of leave i had.
to my dismay, i still need to take 1/2 day leave due to the clinic is closed at one.
well... what to do.
hence, went ahead as per plan to go to charles's place to play wii.
but by the time i reached his place, i had only 1 hour plus before i rushed off to meet si mon at tm for dinner then to jeff's concert.

quite enjoyable =)
at least no 3 canto songs for the opening.
cos he is not a hongkie 麻.
just as i was wondering if he will be singing 信仰 since he is singing with the live orchestra.
and indeed he sang it after the 1st song =D
love how the violin goes with this song.
regret that i did not bring my camera along. or rather i forgot to bring. lurve the stage setup.
i think QQ, YY & my bro will like the concert.

had a baking session last sunday.

as usual, i bake my 拿手 banana muffins.

cos its the easiest to bake. dump everything into the mixing bowl =P

i think there's room for improvement.

YY gave me the recipe on this mth's women's wkly which features carrot muffin.

no egg carrot muffins.

sound interesting.

after looking thru the recipe. it also do not have butter.

it has subsitute corn oil for butter. for health reasons i think.

well, i will treat all of you the carrot muffins if i succeed =)
