13 Jun (departing for KL)
i had been looking forward to this day.. finally it came. we departed at about 11.45pm.. later i found out that my cousins had to take the last seats which most people hated.. so my bro & i sacrificed. we took the backs seats too.. for me, the ride was not really bumpy.. but i had a hard time falling a sleep.. cos my "auntie" came to visit me & i could not anyhow move about.. i think i slept for less than 3 hours..
14 Jun
we arrived at KL at 5am+. had ba ku teh for breakfast.. it was so weird.. eating something that was oily early in the morning. afraid that it could not digest.. after breakfast, we headed to a temple.. when we reached there, it was still closed & had to wait for it. i got a lot from there.. but dunno whether it was a good one or a bad one..
it says :
Patience - Key to Success
The famed ancient Chinese sage Chiang was still patiently angling for fish at the age of 80 before he was invited to administer the country by Emperor Chou. Don't despair if you make no headway at the present. When the right time comes, you will be bestowed with great assignment.
Guildline:
Honour & Merit : Success is a late-comer in your case.
Matrimony : Also a late affair. (i dun wan to get married @ 80.. LOL..)
Litigation : Private settlement prefered.
Change of profession : To maintain status quo.
from what i know, if you wan to have all the good things, you had to be patient.. haiz.. was it a good or a bad lot?? anyway it served as a guildine to me.
after visiting the temple, we went to Menara Kuala Lumpur and Times Square..
Menara Kuala Lumpur
the Menara Kuala Lumpur was consider the fifth tallest telecommunication tower in the world (actually is the fourth, but recently there's a Taipei 101. what i like about the tower was there the main lobby ofupper groung floor is decorated with exquisite glass-cad domes that sparkle like giant diamonds.it was said that it was designed and arranged in the form of Muqarnas by Iranian craftsmen from Isfahan.

Berjaya Times Square
the building looks like Ngee An city on the outside.. though it was set to become an international landmark offering unparalled shopping, luxury accommodation, business, fine food and beverage and abundant entertainment, i found there's nothing appealing to me. in fact i found the shopping malls near Berjaya Times Square more appealing. cos the clothes & accesseries sold in times sq are out of fashion (compared to s'pore) and there were no boutiques like Topshop, Esprit etc.
after shopping, we checked into the hotel nearby.. finally i could take a bath & wash my face.. feeling so uneasy without washing my face. after that we went to Chiantown (Tang Ren Jie). @ there, you could taste their local delicacies and there was also a night market. but the things that are for sale were imitations and you showed off ur bargaining skills.
KL was densely populated with tall buildings and winding roads. though there were traffic lights & zebra crossings, they served no purpose. in the case of red light, the vehicles still keep on driving.. as for the zebra crossings, they won't stop for you. honestly i was REALLY pissed off..
after a long day of shopping & sightseeing, i retired early.
15 Jun (departing for S'pore)
had my breakfast in the hotel. checked out at around 9am. we supposed to head back to S'pore but the younger generation were not satisfied as there was not much shopping done so we headed down to Melaka. @ there finally bought some things for me & my friends. had Noya crusine for lunch. the chendol was extremly delicious. *slurp slurp* continued our journey to Johor for our dinner & den back to S'pore.
Things that i bought:
1. 2 pairs of earings
2. Converse socks & necklace (for kailing)
3. Converse tee (for kai zhong)
4. Adidas tee (for bb)
5. a pair of slip-ons
6. ELLE tee
actually i din buy much. frankly speaking, my bro "shou huo" was the best. he bought a pair of Levis jeans & another pouch.. i couldn't find one as most of them are too flared and i dun like straight cut.
