N during one of our lunch breaks, my colleague mentioned that her church sermon on Christmas day was A Decade. it was then i came to realise we are entering into the 10th year of the 21st century. i started to reconcile on the happenings on the last 9 years & pondered what am i going to do in the coming year which will sums up to a memorable 1st decade of the 21st century. i could easily highlight my past 9 years: - the last 2 years of sec sch - my 1st vacation job - my 3 years in poly - the loss of 3 grandparents - in & out of relationships - knowing God [i'm thankful for His blessings even though i only came to know Him abt 5 years ago] - working life [i'm working close to 5 years & still counting. oh shit] looking back at 2009, it has been a peaceful year. Life wasn't a roller coaster & yet i had my fair share of frustrations & worries which i'm glad i hv always someone to turn to. am also glad

YESH! i had finished watching Code blue [コード．ブルー] & its special. this drama really took a lot of my tears. i wouldn't say there are many touching scenes but somehow or rather my tear ducts are just being too active. seriously, i wasn't very keen of watching even though it had scored high ratings in JP & mag reviews. cos medical related drama wasn't really my cup of tea. however, this drama really proved me wrong. there were lessons to learnt on every episodes. Synopsis: The "Doctor Helicopter" system was legalized in Japan in June 2007. A medical team is dispatched to the patients on a helicopter to provide medical care in the field as soon as possible. One day, four young physicians are assigned to this latest medical system. The doctors experience traumatic medical situations, deal with personal ambitions, witness the fragility of life, and they grow personally and professionally. -- Fuji TV and i'm eagerly waiting for its season 2. .
TW trip - Final din took much on my shopping stuff.. cos we were dead beat by the end of each day. these cute buttons can be use for DIY hair pins or rubber bands we din ate their cup noodles so decided to drop by carrefour to get a few packets BB cream . mascara . mascara serum . blackhead remover. [only tiny tweeny part of my shopping] JLPT books for level 2 & 3. since its so cheap, i might get both.. i shld get level 1 also.. hahaha HKG guide book with the intention to go back again our shopping starts to pile up by the 6th day which wasn't that bad. the only difficult part was we had to spread ourselves till the exit in order to pack our luggage. end note: many had asked me to compare HKG & TW to see which i prefer.. mmm.. if i wanted SK II/ Esprite/ G2000/ wanko stuff, HKG will be the place. if i want mascara/ masks, TW will be the place. i prefer the food in HKG as i lurve soupy stuff/ congee & dim sum. on the other hand, the ppl in TW are so polite & systhem
