last sunday, i tried this yoga workout from fitness mag - Beat Stress, Weigh less.
it looks super easy peasy from the video, but was really tough. it set my heart pumping fast after the 1st workout.

initally, i thought the excercises are very much focus on leg strengthening cos i could felt my legs legs went jelly after i finished. surprisingly, it also work on the abs & hips which left my muscles aching till today.

strongly recomended!
