today marks the end of Q1. usually, on every past qtr, i tend to ask myself "what i had achieved in the qtr". many times, i do not find answer. due to my job nature, i have to react 2-3 wks ahead. hence, time passed so quickly before i know its gone.

ytd i asked 新老板 what was the answer of the pending question during the last year performance review. actually, i'm expecting an answer like "we are still looking into it" (this sentence gives me a feeling of being chuck aside). anyhow, the answer was still pending from the top mgt. i had honestly told him, my inital plan was to stay for 2 years. but due to the change of jobscope every year. i stayed. but foresee from now till then, it will be a standstill. express my interest to work in the logistics department. something diff. i could never relate what i learnt in sch to my current job. only by looking at the warehouses.

anyway, the answer will be revealed 3 wks later.
