an encouragment mail to end friday :)



i still have another one from Romaina on the same day :)

such encourgment mails do help to spur me on.
sometimes we do not need to cc bosses in every mail sent. people who appreciate your gesture will surely find their way to the boss. your good name will still reaches their ears. likewise for terrible things which you had done.

last wk, i had mustered all my courage to ask for a con-call with the person i fear most. and it ended well! i could feel the our relationship had improved since then.

i hope 1 day, i would be confident enough to pay a visit personally :)
