An email from my counterpart today has really make my day!
i finally felt that i'm being appreciated & my efforts pay off.
Dealing with the Eastern Europeans was a damn chanlleging task
[ever since i took up this task a year ago]. .

they are one the "bluntest" creatures on earth which words cannot be taken seriously.
if not, high blood pressure will be knocking on your door in no time.



i almost teared when i told rose & eva abt it.
the job satisfaction has rekindled my passion again ;)
