herbal -much to my surprise, i could really taste the herbs [cos most places herbal soups are bland].

this is only 1/2 we ordered. cos the table is almost filled.
faves are dory fish (generous thick slices!)/ watercress (my top fave & not many SB offer)/ guo tie/ pork & mutton/ cuttlefish (very Q!)

order lime freeze w nata de coco for my drink. good choice for digestion.

i starting to miss the pork & mutton *drool*
