Moscow? NYC? London? Paris? Madrid? which country will win the bid to host the 2012
Olympics? i'm not really into this Olympics fever. i only watch for the fun of it. most importantly, i need to know the most updated news. at least i will not lose face in front of my friends when they talk about it. hehe.. the results will be out tomorrow; my birthday. haha..
i could still rememeber vivdly on the debate i did in my sec sch. should China be given a chance to host Olympics 2008? i was on the proposition side. my team and i had to dig out all those valid reasons like: even Korea had host it before why couldn't China do it etc. well.. China needs a lot of polishing on their English and hopefully by 2008, they are all prepared.
i must said that hosting the Olympics is never an easy thing. Preparations have to be done at least 10 years ahead. it also does not guarantee that it would definitely boast the economy of the country.
